I have a set of simple, user-friendly resources to create training and appraisal content. By the end of the first day of training, on my own I had designed and put online a questionnaire checking prerequisites. When travelling, I produce my lessons directly on my laptop using the MOS Solo programme. I like MOS’ ability to easily integrate all types of existing document: texts, images, sounds, flash and even videos. To supervise and lead groups, I have a number of options such as forums, blogs, chat, internal messaging and a spreadsheet. Well thought-out tools for me, adapted to my new work.
