Elodie Primo Amado founded MOS-MindOnSite in 2001.

After 10 years working in Sales for international logistics companies, Elodie decided to focus on Human Resources. Her interest in human behaviour and the cognitive sciences led her to obtain a Master’s degree in NLP with a thesis that examined this issue in training.

Subsequently, she created a traditional training company with the help of friends and conducted workshops on creative strategies. With the emergence of the Internet, the associates decided to specialize in online training and founded Integral Coaching which eventually became MOS-MindOnSite.

Think Tank

Philippe GIL is undoubtedly one of the top specialists in multimedia educational engineering.

As early as the 1980s he was exploring the possibility within Cegos of offering training with new machines. In the 1990s, he produced applications based on the breakdown of training content to offer personalised courses. In 2000 he founded the eLearning Agency, which quickly became a major player on the market.

He joined the Demos Group in 2006 to direct eLearning activities. In his book, ā€œeFormation, reengineering de la formation professionnelleā€, he accurately described the concept of the 7M, which produces reusable, flexible and lasting content.

It is based on a new method of analysing, dividing up and assembling content units.
