The Swiss retail forum is an annual fair trade dedicated to sales and retail in the French part of Switzerland. It brings together more than 150 retail leaders with partners that shake the world of retail (marketing, payment systems, training, eLearning…). The theme this year of this unique event dedicated to retail and sales is about how to invent the sales of the future (retail 3.0).
