In her recent interview published on the website e-learning Letter on 23 January 2015, Elodie Primo, CEO of MOS – MindOnSite, brings up 4 main learning challenges that make an LMS platform essential, and the place of the user experience more central.
Elodie Primo points out the importance of an LMS for a company that wishes to develop skills, knowledge, know-how and behaviors of its employees and its extended organization.
She expects near-future evolutions to be around mobile learning, offline mode multi-device solutions and gamification.
The will at MOS – MindOnSite is to give priority to the user experience by adapting to any given situation, and to provide one or more very “design” portals to different target audiences.
The MOS Chorus platform has a clear added-value in providing fast and efficient training programs administration and management. The 041 version will be released at the end of the first trimester.
