STS Sauter Training & Simulation SA

is a company specialising in project management training, based in Lausanne. STS tools have been translated into 10 languages and distributed throughout the world. Since 1996, they have helped to train more than 40,000 project managers in 26 countries. STS has also developed a programme to prepare for PMI and IPMA certification exams. A combination of eLearning, classroom-based training and coaching allows candidates to prepare in the best possible way. STS also offers mock exam PMI and IPMA D exams – an excellent way to prepare.

Their eLearning project

Project management training was dispensed by an LMS – 4D Solution – created by STS as a proprietary solution. LMS and content are not completely separate. Changes in structure and content were hard to implement. The proprietary solution required a lot of maintenance. Acquiring the MOS Chorus LMS allowed us to separate content and administration. Compliance with SCORM standards ensures that STS training runs smoothly on the MOS system.

The benefits of MOS

To manage eLearning, STS chose MOS Chorus, developed by MOS – MindOnSite. This product allows for the efficient management of numerous users of our eLearning; its user-friendly interface won us over.
