Here are the 4 steps of our methodology:

#1 Self-assessment

Each learner targeted by a skills assessment campaign becomes a protagonist in his or her own development and can self-assess, according to a customisable scale, on each skill related to his or her assignments.

#2 Results display

The learner immediately sees where he or she stands in comparison to the required level. This results visualisation stage has a major importance in getting learners to commit to the approach.

#3 Co-evaluation with the management team

Co-evaluation enables the management team to discuss the learner’s progress. Numerous KPIs and dashboards are available to make it easy to monitor learners’ skills development.

#4 Assignment of personalised training activities

Based on the results obtained, a development plan is built (including training resources and activities) according to the learners’ level to enable them to achieve the required level of skills.
